Fraudulent Orders | Orders Made Mistakenly 
 
If you believe your order was fraudulent or Not placed by you, You should reach out to us first to get the order canceled. If the product has not been shipped out yet, the order will be canceled immediately and a Full Refund will be processed Immediately.
 
If the order has been shipped and successfully delivered, and You claim that the order was fraudulent, You must contact us to return the items for a Full Refund. If You decide to keep items, then You acknowledge that the order was indeed genuine and NOT fraudulent. In this case, any previous fraudulent complaints will be discarded. 
 
Once an order is DELIVERED, it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to file a chargeback complaint with your Bank Institution without contacting us first for a Full Refund. 
 
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order for best success in cancellation please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
 
Once an order ships out, the customer will have to wait for the item to be delivered and then return the item back to us for a full refund.
 
For fraudulent orders, You don't have to worry about the return cost, You will be reimbursed for the full return cost when we receive your shipment. Don't hesitate to reach out to us for any clarifications.
Cancellation:
 
Please Note that your order can ONLY be canceled before your items are shipped out. Usually between 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped out, you will have to wait for the order to be delivered and then return the items for a full refund.  For the best success in cancellation or change in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed. If You changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel, simply send us an email at support@eastoake.com.
We are unable to cancel, allow edits, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.
